Factory replacement plastic cap for the side view mirror.
This is an unpainted (primered) part that can be painted by a body shop or by yourself with spraypaint.
When installing a new side view mirror cap, you may want to squirt a couple beads of silicone glue on your mirror housing just before snapping it in place, because they are known to fly off for no good reason (which you may have already witnessed).
