PART DESCRIPTION
On C30s that have them, these small plastic caps cover the nozzles that pop out of the front bumper cover to spray fluid at the headlight lenses. Occasionally, they pull a disappearing act.
REPLACEMENTS HAVE TO BE PAINTED TO MATCH YOUR BODY COLOR; VOLVO DOES NOT OFFER THEM PRE-PAINTED. Those with solid black cars (Volvo paint code 019) get lucky, as they do not need any repainting.
Whenever you have a missing cover, there's a chance that the washer jet assembly it connects to has a broken plastic tab. Take a minute to see if yours is still in good shape, since you'd have nothing to attach a new cap to if the nozzle is broken.
