On C70s that have them, small plastic caps cover the nozzles that pop out of the front bumper cover to spray fluid at the headlight lenses. Occasionally, they pull a disappearing act.
REPLACEMENTS HAVE TO BE PAINTED TO MATCH YOUR BODY COLOR; VOLVO DOES NOT OFFER THEM PRE-PAINTED. Those with solid black cars (Volvo paint code 019) get lucky, as they do not necessarily need repainting.
Whenever you have a missing cover, there's a chance that the washer jet assembly it connects to has a broken plastic tab. Take a minute to see if yours is still in good shape, since you'd have nothing to attach a new cap to if the nozzle is broken.
