PART DESCRIPTION

This kit consists of these five new replacement parts:

1) Breather Box # 8692211 [OEM/Genuine Volvo]
1) Upper Ventilation Hose # 8692217 [Rein brand]
1) Elbow Hose # 30677388 [An aftermarket brand]
1) Return Hose # 8653339 [URO Parts brand]
1) Intake Manifold Gasket # 32213805/9458534 [An aftermarket brand]

The oil separator box has four ports, two of which are on the side & have short hoses that connect them right to the block. The L-shaped upper crankcase ventilation hose attaches to one of two ports on the top of the box & goes all the way up to the valve cover. With this kit, you will re-use the larger hose assembly that branches off & wraps around the engine block. That hose (listed here) is not cheap, & mechanics generally don't ask for it.
