When they aren't missing from the car's interior, little circular grommets surround each door lock pin button. You may want to put a tiny bit of glue on a new replacement one to keep it from coming loose & disappearing again.
For 03-14 XC90s with dark grey/off black interior, use 39983010.
For any 2003-2006 XC90 with a beige interior (called "Oak") each 100% color-correct bushing is 39978890, For 2007-2014 models with a tan interior (called "Mocca"), it's 39896675. We also have cheaper replacement bushings (9421710) that will fit but are a different beige shade. They do, however, look good on XC90 door panels when used in pairs.
