2004.5-2007 Volvo S40 Headlight Washer Cover

On S40s that have them, small plastic caps cover the nozzles that pop out of the front bumper cover to spray fluid at the headlight lenses. Occasionally, they pull a disappearing act.

Replacements have to be painted to match your car's body color; Volvo doesn't offer them pre-painted. You can take the part to a body shop or spraypaint it yourself. If your car is solid black (paint code 019), you shouldn't need to paint at all.

Whenever you have a missing cover, there's a chance that the washer jet sprayer it connects to has a broken plastic tab. Take a minute to see if yours is still in good shape, since you'd have nothing to attach a new cap to if the nozzle is broken.
