Factory replacement towing hook lid. It's found below the headlight on the passenger side front bumper molding.
This piece comes primer-coated & must be painted in your body color (Volvo doesn't offer them pre-painted). You can take it to a body shop or coat it yourself with a can of OEM Volvo spraypaint.
